Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in turf management or related field.
• 3+ years as Golf Course Superintendent or senior management at premier facilities.
• Pesticide applicator license and GCSAA certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the Golf Maintenance department.
• Lead and develop a team; drive high standards in course conditioning.
• Coordinate with General Manager and club leadership to align with member expectations.
• Foster a culture of open dialogue, safety, and environmental stewardship.
