Job summary

2nd Swing is seeking a Full-Time Golf Club Technician Lead to perform club repairs and modifications, with solid experience in regripping, loft and lie adjustments, and shaft work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and proven leadership of others in a fast-paced golf retail environment.

You will read and follow detailed build sheets, assemble irons, woods, wedges, and putters to precise standards, verify builds for accuracy, and maintain a clean, safe workstation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of advanced club-building experience.
• Experience with build and repair equipment (saws, pullers, epoxies, bending machines, swing weight scales).
• Demonstrated regripping, loft and lie adjustments, shaft work, and swing weight adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute repeatable builds.
• Experience using professional fitting data and OEM-style sheets.
• Passion for golf equipment and build technologies.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform hands-on work.

We have an opening for a Full-Time Golf Club Technician Lead to perform club repairs and modifications. Moderate club repair experience is necessary for this role. Experience re-gripping, re-shafting, modifying loft and lie adjustments and other related services is preferred. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience leading others, and a passion for the game.

• Strong understanding of club specifications including length, lie, loft, swing weight, and shaft profiles.
• High attention to detail and the ability to execute repeatable builds across full sets.
• Experience working from professional fitting data and OEM-style build sheets.
• Deep interest in golf equipment, shafts, materials, and build technologies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented work.

Compensation:

• $25 - $35 per hour, based on previous golf repair experience.
