Job summary

2nd Swing Golf in West Palm Beach is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Associate to assist guests with golf equipment purchases and trade-ins, using knowledge of golf gear and POS systems in-store and over the phone. Weekend shifts are required.

You will perform club repairs, read build specs, and ensure quality while keeping an organized workstation. The role supports a friendly, supportive culture with benefits such as 401k company match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of advanced club-building experience.
• Experience with repair equipment including saws, pullers, epoxies, bending machines and swing weight scales.
• Demonstrated experience regripping clubs, adjusting loft and lie, shaft work, and swing weight adjustments.
• Strong understanding of club specifications including length, lie, loft, swing weight, and shaft profiles.
• High attention to detail and ability to execute repeatable builds across full sets.
• Experience working from professional fitting data and OEM-style build sheets.
• Deep interest in golf equipment, shafts, materials, and build technologies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented work.

As a Part-Time Customer Service Associate at 2nd Swing, you’ll help guests complete their golf equipment purchases and trade-ins while delivering a top-tier customer experience.
