2nd Swing, Inc. is seeking a full-time Equipment Expert in Florida to provide a premium, consultative shopping experience for golfers of all levels.

You will leverage deep knowledge of golf equipment, club technology, and player performance to help customers make informed decisions that improve their game. Weekend shifts are required and you will be part of a team that values a positive, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in golf retail, club fitting, golf operations, or a customer-facing golf industry role.
• Advanced knowledge of golf equipment, club technology, shaft profiles, launch characteristics, and current industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and provide personalized equipment recommendations.
• Competitive golf experience, collegiate playing experience, PGA Associate/PGA Member status, or equivalent golf industry experience preferred.

• Deliver a premium, consultative experience for every golfer, from beginners to highly skilled players.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their goals, playing style, and equipment preferences.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend equipment solutions that improve performance and confidence on the course.
• Serve as a trusted expert on golf equipment, club technology, product innovations, and fitting philosophies.
• Collaborate with fitting and retail teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a visually compelling sales floor and ensure merchandise is accurately presented and stocked.
• Support inventory accuracy, merchandising initiatives, and daily retail operations.

Job types: Full-time, seasonal.

Compensation: $22 - $26 per hour, based on experience.
