Job summary

2nd Swing Golf in West Palm Beach is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to help customers find the right golf equipment, build relationships, and provide expert product recommendations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet golfers, guide selections based on their game, stay current on clubs, tech, and accessories, and support store operations, trade-ins, and POS transactions. Weekend shifts are required. Compensation is $18-$24 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and confidently communicate golf equipment features and benefits.
• Active golfer with a passion for the game.
• Previous golf retail, club fitting, or golf equipment sales experience.
• Knowledge of current golf equipment, club technology, and leading brands
