The Senior Modeling and Drilling Geologist in Elko, Nevada, will lead gold exploration programs from target generation through resource evaluation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or Earth Sciences.
• 8–12 years of progressively responsible geological experience in gold exploration.
• Experience managing exploration and drilling programs.
• Strong knowledge of geological modeling and Mineral Resource estimation.
• Experience with Leapfrog Geo, Micromine, Datamine, Vulcan, or similar.
• Knowledge of NI 43-101 or JORC reporting standards.

Responsabilités

• Plan diamond core and RC drilling programs for open pit and underground environments.
• Lead exploration, near-mine, and resource definition drilling programs.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls of drill programs.
• Implement QA/QC programs for drilling, sampling, and assay data.
• Ensure geological data collection, validation, and management.
• Prepare technical reports and updates for senior management.
• Support Mineral Resource estimation and regulatory disclosures.
