Job summary

Till Financial, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to own medium-to-large features end-to-end across Go backend services and React/React Native frontends.

You will design, implement, and deploy production-ready money movement features, ensuring correctness and auditability in a fintech environment. You’ll work in a small, senior team with ownership over architectures (hexagonal/onion), while collaborating closely with product and design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production Go experience.
• Shipped and operated Go services in production.
• Strong React + TypeScript web experience.
• Experience delivering a consumer mobile app (React Native or native).
• Experience owning medium-to-large features end-to-end, beyond own service.
• Experience with hexagonal/onion architecture patterns.
• Proven collaboration with product, design, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own medium-to-large features from design to production across backend and frontend.
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Ship money movement features with correctness under load.
• Maintain production ownership including on-call, performance, and testing rigor.
• Mentor engineers in code reviews and design discussions.
