Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a senior Golang Developer for remote work in the U.S. You will design and build high-performance backend services and cloud-native applications using Go, with a focus on latency, concurrency, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Go, strong concurrency knowledge, and hands-on experience with gRPC/REST, Kubernetes-native development, and distributed systems. Excellent collaboration and mentoring skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering with Go.
• Strong Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, contexts).
• Hands-on experience building production gRPC and REST APIs in Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes-native development (client-go, controller-runtime).
• Relational and key-value data stores knowledge.
• Understanding of distributed systems and networking fundamentals.
• CI/CD pipelines and container-based deployment experience.
• Excellent debugging and performance-engineering skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
