Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with backend focus.
• Strong Go language proficiency and distributed systems experience.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts such as transaction construction and cross-chain integrations.
• Experience decomposing monoliths into scalable microservices.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive architecture decisions.
• Experience applying AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of backend services (Go) powering wallet operations, liquidity movements, and cross-chain bridging.
• Build and improve distributed systems for transaction lifecycle, signing, broadcasting, and on-chain reconciliation across multiple protocols (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana).
• Drive reliability and observability improvements, incident response, and post-mortems to strengthen system availability.
• Partner with Trading, Custody, Staking, and other teams to integrate wallet services with downstream products.
• Decompose legacy systems into modular, reusable platform services.
• Lead code reviews, design discussions, and promote coding standards across the team.
