Qualifications
- Requires strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring other engineers is a plus.
- Proven ability to work across product and design teams.
- Plan, implement and review backend architecture and code quality.
Responsibilities
- Own a domain inside our Go codebase and influence architecture decisions.
- Maintain a well-structured system with services around edges and an on-prem gateway.
- Proactively take ownership when the lead is away and guide others.
- Contribute to PRs, reviews, and technical discussions as a senior voice.
