Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Compliance Program Analyst to own and mature GO 167-C compliance across the fleet and to serve as the organizational representative for lessons learned. The role requires coordinating with site operations, engineering, legal, and regulatory teams to develop processes, maintain documentation, and prepare for CPUC audits.

You will lead regulatory reporting, incident investigations, dashboards, and training to promote standardized practices.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in operations or program management, preferably in energy.
• Experience maturing operational programs across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read SCADA logs, maintenance orders, and site procedures.
• Strong project management, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature the GO 167-C compliance program across the fleet.
• Lead regulatory reporting and data requests with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct causal investigations and support safety incidents under GO 167-C.
• Capture and share lessons learned across the fleet.
• Develop dashboards and governance for compliance status and actions.
• Standardize documentation, workflows, and operating practices.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Legal, IT, and Analytics.
• Develop training to promote standardization within Operations.
