The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, incident investigation support, and the development of performance metrics and dashboards to inform leadership on compliance status and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in operations, program/project management, continuous improvement, or related roles, preferably in power generation/renewable energy/industrial ops.
• Experience developing or maturing operational programmes in cross-functional environments.
• Reading and interpreting SCADA alarm logs, maintenance work orders, and site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature GO 167-C compliance program across the fleet, developing standardized processes and documentation.
• Lead regulatory reporting and RFI responses with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submissions.
• Lead causal investigations into operational events and safety incidents under GO 167-C and support corrective actions.
• Capture and share lessons learned from operational events across the fleet.
• Maintain audit readiness and track corrective actions to meet deadlines.
