Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Compliance Program Analyst to own and mature the GO 167-C compliance program across the fleet, coordinating with site teams, engineering, and regulatory stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, causal investigations, and the cross-functional development of standardized documentation and processes to improve safety and reliability across the fleet.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in operations, program/project management, continuous improvement, or related roles, preferably in power generation, renewable energy, or industrial operations.
• Demonstrated experience developing or maturing operational programs in cross-functional environments.
• Working knowledge of power plant or energy facility operations, including reading SCADA alarm logs, maintenance work orders, and site procedures.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and drive progress across stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to build dashboards and reporting tools that communicate program status to operational and leadership audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature GO 167-C compliance program across the fleet, developing consistent processes and documentation standards.
• Lead regulatory reporting and data requests, coordinating with site operations, engineering, SCADA, HSE, and legal.
• Lead causal investigations into operational events and safety incidents under GO 167-C and support corrective actions.
• Represent the organization for lessons learned across the fleet.
• Maintain readiness for CPUC audits and track corrective actions.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide leadership visibility into compliance status and RFI responses.
• Create standardized documentation, workflows, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Technical Services, Legal, IT, Analytics, and SCADA teams.
