Operations Compliance Program Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance Program Analyst to join our Continuous Improvement Team. This role focuses on owning and maturing Clearway’s GO 167‑C compliance program and representing lessons learned across the fleet.

The ideal candidate brings operational knowledge of power generation facilities, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate across site teams, engineering, legal, and regulatory stakeholders. Strong judgment, follow‑through, and cross‑functional influence are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • GO 167‑C Compliance Program Ownership: Own and mature Clearway’s GO 167‑C compliance program across the fleet, developing consistent processes and documentation standards in coordination with site teams, regional managers, and the compliance/legal function.
  • Regulatory Reporting & RFI Response: Serve as the internal lead for all GO 167‑C and CAISO regulatory reporting and data requests, coordinating across site operations, engineering, SCADA, HSE, and legal.
  • Causal Investigations & Safety Incident Support: Lead investigations into operational events and safety‑related incidents covered under GO 167‑C, using SCADA logs, maintenance work orders, and site procedures.
  • Lessons Learned Program: Capture, document, and share lessons learned from operational events across the fleet.
  • Audit Readiness & Corrective Action Tracking: Maintain records to ensure readiness for CPUC audits, track open corrective actions, and follow up with responsible parties.
  • Program Dashboards & Stakeholder Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide leadership with visibility into compliance status and progress.
  • Documentation & Process Standardization: Create and maintain standardized documentation and workflows to improve consistency.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Technical Services, Legal, IT, Analytics, and SCADA teams.
  • Program Development & Management: Design, implement, and oversee operational programs, develop metrics, reporting frameworks, and governance structures, and deliver training to promote standardization.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3‑4 years of experience in operations, program/project management, continuous improvement, or related roles—preferably in power generation, renewable energy, or industrial operations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing or maturing operational programs in cross‑functional environments.
  • Working knowledge of power plant or energy facility operations, including SCADA alarm logs, maintenance work orders, and site procedures.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage deadlines, and drive progress across stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and report‑writing skills.
  • Ability to build dashboards and reporting tools that communicate program status.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
What Would Be Nice
  • Experience in wind, solar, BESS, or broader renewable energy operations.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, Operational Excellence, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
  • Familiarity with SAP, CMMS, EAM systems, or operational analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting cross‑functional operational programs in a multi‑site environment.
Compensation

Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations: $92,000 – $115,000 USD. The role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus based on personal and company performance goals.
