Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in algorithm design, software development, and mathematical modeling.

• Strong math background: linear algebra, optimization, geometry.
• Secret clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a small team within the Command and Control Software group.
• Prototype and deploy path planning and multi-agent coordination algorithms.
• Develop real-time path planning that adapts to changing conditions.
• Build high-performance real-time C2 software for autonomous tasking.
• Design robust planners and decision-making systems for dynamic environments.
• Validate planner behavior with high-fidelity simulations.
• Customize algorithms for mission-critical use cases to drive customer success.
• Integrate planning tech into the broader C2 stack from requirements to testing.
• Translate technical progress into actionable stakeholder insights.
