Job summary

K2Spacecorporation is seeking a GNC engineer to develop and validate navigation and control systems for cutting-edge satellite platforms. The role includes supporting the development of control infrastructure and owning the Verification and Validation plan for GNC systems, all while driving the effort towards flight readiness for innovative spacecraft missions.

Qualifications

• Experience with GNC actuator or sensor sizing, selection, and system design.
• Experience with implementing control and/or estimation algorithms.
• Experience with verification and validation of GNC flight software using 6-DOF simulation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate a high level vehicle architecture.
• Create algorithms for precise pointing of large structures in orbit.
• Develop simulation tools for GNC trade studies.
