Job summary

A leading aerospace organization in Houston seeks a Senior GNC Engineer to develop control systems for flight vehicles. The successful candidate will design GNC algorithms, implement and evaluate spacecraft control effectors, while working across multi-disciplinary teams. A Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and 4-9 years of relevant experience are required. This role involves a dynamic environment with significant hands-on responsibilities, aimed at advancing commercial space initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4-9 years of experience in designing control systems for flight vehicles.
• Experience developing attitude control systems on spacecraft.
• Proficiency in C++, MATLAB, and Python coding languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GNC algorithms for aerospace vehicles.
• Develop control laws using PID, LQR, MPC, and adaptive control techniques.
• Evaluate and integrate spacecraft control effectors.
