Lockheed Martin Corporation in Orlando, FL seeks a Modeling & Simulation Engineer to join a highly skilled team supporting missiles and Fire Control contracts. You will design, document and validate model and simulation requirements and architectures, and develop complex 6-DOF missile simulations.

Applicants must have Interim DoD clearance, advanced C++, and Matlab or Python skills, plus experience in Linux and DevOps CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Interim DoD clearance required to start
• Strong C++ proficiency demonstrated
• Matlab or Python proficiency
• Good math skills in linear algebra, statistics and coordinate transformations
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills

Responsabilités

• Design and documentation of model and simulation requirements and architecture
• Develop, verify, and validate 6‑DOF missile simulations and related models
• Evaluate system performance and verify subsystem level requirements
• Support HWIL activities and ground/flight test efforts
• Participate in program reviews and technical interchange meetings with leadership and customers
