Job summary

BeOne Medicines in Hopewell, NJ is seeking an experienced engineer to join our small molecule manufacturing team and support a new facility. You will help maintain a GMP compliant operation, collaborating across manufacturing and quality teams to ensure reliable, state-of-the-art performance.

The role requires 5+ years in GMP environments, project management skills, and SME input on equipment, commissioning, qualification and validation.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in engineering and/or related discipline with GMP experience.
• 5+ years of GMP facilities/maintenance support or operations.
• Experience with CMMS, Metrology, and facility maintenance.
• Leadership and direct supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME input into Equipment and Facility for Small Molecule projects.
• Lead commissioning, qualification and validation of responsible systems.
• Develop and maintain technical/operational procedures and preventive maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with Global Engineering to hit project milestones and KPIs.
• Interact with external partners as required.
• Support operations with troubleshooting of equipment, facilities, and utilities.
