Qualifications

• BS degree with 5–7 years in a regulated GMP facility.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping ability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cleanroom environments.
• Willingness to work second shift and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate cGMP manufacturing equipment in weigh/dispense, solution prep, synthesis, HPLC and related steps.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, coordinate with support groups, and document deviations.
• Maintain safe, compliant work environment and participate in safety investigations and CAPAs.
• Train peers and act as unit operation owner across multiple manufacturing areas.
• Support continuous improvement, tech transfer activities and validation protocols.
