Job summary

Alcami is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to support the production of parenteral or solid dosage forms in a fast-paced, on-site environment. You will follow SOPs and cGMPs, assist with equipment operation, and document activities in real time to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (associate’s degree preferred) and 1+ years of GMP/pharmaceutical experience. 1st shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, on-site with potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of GMP and prior pharmaceutical work experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills required.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and read detailed instructions.
• Awareness of or experience with cGMP practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs and cGMPs to perform duties.
• Ensures timely completion and compliance with training and cGMP requirements.
• Assists with manufacturing techniques and operation of equipment.
• Documents activities in real time per SOPs and cGMPs.
• Performs in-process testing, weight checks, counting and basic math.
• Performs cleaning of rooms, tools and equipment.
• Works occasional hours outside scheduled shift; may include weekend work.
• Other duties as assigned.
