Qualifications

• Five or more years experience in biotech/pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing.
• Two or more years experience leading teams in a GMP environment.
• Knowledge of CFR, Eudralex, ICH, and related GMP regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations.
• Support the start-up of Norton’s commercial Drug Substance manufacturing train, including equipment commissioning and qualification.
• Create and approve GMP documentation, including SOPs and batch records.
• Monitor process and troubleshoot upset conditions; escalate through quality and manufacturing.
• Ensure production readiness, plan feasibility, and drive KPI-based improvements.
