Job summary
Bausch + Lomb in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technologist to own the maintenance of critical GMP production and facility assets. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize mechanical, electrical, and piping systems, while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, LOTO, PPE and safety standards.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience across mechanical, electrical and controls.
- Experience with electrical controls: motors, motor controls, VFDs, relays, sensors.
- Ability to read drawings, schematics, P&IDs and OEM documentation.
- Experience with industrial piping systems: valves, fittings, pumps and related components.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process equipment to restore safe, efficient operation.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting on steam sterilizers, ovens, pumps, kettles, electrical controls, piping networks, and related utilities.
- Mentor Maintenance Technician I and II through training and coaching.
- Drive continuous improvement actions to increase reliability, performance and uptime.
- Complete scheduled PMs per documented procedures and process work orders in CMMS.
