Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Senior Clean Utilities Operations Technician to join our Tampa, FL facility. You will operate and maintain boiler, chilled water, HVAC, and WFI systems within a GMP environment, using BMS/EMS, PLC/HMI, and Maximo CMMS to coordinate work orders and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include field rounds, logbook maintenance, alarm triage, and supporting investigations and corrective actions, with collaboration across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and leadership

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
5+ years in industrial utilities, maintenance, facilities, or control room preferred.
Experience in pharma/biotech/medical device or other regulated manufacturing preferred.
Technical expertise: Boilers/steam and condensate systems; chilled and condenser water; cooling towers; compressed air; HVAC; purified water/WFI/clean steam; vacuum; process waste; mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Proficiency with relay logic and electrical troubleshooting; valves and actuators.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor utility systems using BMS/EMS, PLC/HMI, PI Vision.
Conduct field rounds on boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and related equipment.
Coordinate with maintenance and contractors; issue work orders and POs in Maximo.
Support GMP documentation, sampling, investigations, and corrective actions.
Maintain safety and compliance in a GMP environment.
