Job summary

ElevateBio is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across GMP utility systems and clean room infrastructure. You will manage maintenance tasks, review equipment performance, and mentor junior technicians in a fast-paced cGMP environment.

Key responsibilities include using CMMS for task tracking, documenting work, and facilitating safe, compliant maintenance during shutdowns. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of GMP maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and process equipment.
• Ability to read SOPs and P&ID’s.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes CMMS to manage preventive maintenance tasks.
• Performs or oversees maintenance/calibrations on GMP utilities and clean room infrastructure.
• Documents work in electronic and written forms.
• Escorts contractors for maintenance and repairs.
• Supports CAPA, deviations and change management.
• Maintains clean and orderly spaces.
