Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive warehouse/logistics management experience.
• Experience with heavy equipment and LTL freight.
• Strong knowledge of safety, inventory management, and process improvement.
• Proficient with NetSuite ERP for inventory and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee national warehouse operations across multiple sites and ensure KPI targets.
• Implement standardized procedures and conduct regular facility visits.
• Lead warehouse managers, drive safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and inter-warehouse transfers.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service.
