Aspen Surgical in the United States seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Leader to supervise distribution activities, drive KPI performance, and coordinate with manufacturing and global logistics. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics preferred.
• 10+ years of warehouse experience with material handling responsibilities.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution.
• 5+ years of experience with DOT regulations preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing P&L in manufacturing or distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Warehouse and Distribution Center operations, supporting manufacturing and global distribution of medical devices.
• Establish, track and report on department metrics and KPIs, ensuring efficient operations and continuous improvement.
• Manage Warehouse and Distribution Center within departmental budgets; participate in annual business planning.
• Assess warehouse technologies and practices to drive effectiveness, cost and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, develop and motivate team to deliver high productivity and quality.
• Maintain safe work environment across warehouse operations.
• Promote inventory accuracy; coordinate with Inventory Control on issues.
• Other duties as dictated by business needs.
