Job summary

First Citizens Investor Services is seeking a Senior Associate to lead clients through treasury management product implementations. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, accurate deployments and compliance adherence.

The role includes training clients, supporting testing phases, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of a high school diploma with extensive commercial banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year in commercial banking, or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years in commercial banking.
• 5+ years of banking experience as a baseline requirement.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all implementation activities with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure timelines, goals, and obstacles are communicated and addressed.
• Troubleshoot client issues during setup and warranty periods.
• Provide product training to clients as needed.
• Participate in UAT testing and develop process materials.
