Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year banking experience OR High School Diploma with 5 years banking experience.
• Experience in commercial banking and client services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Communicate goals, timelines, and risks up front; monitor deadlines and address obstacles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues during implementation and warranty period.
• Provide product training to clients as needed.
• Participate in UAT testing and contribute to process improvements.
