Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Associate for the Payment Solutions Implementation (PSI) team in Charlotte, NC. You will lead clients through treasury management product implementations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, timely deployments.

You will provide technical guidance, assist with file testing, troubleshoot issues, and identify cross-sell opportunities while maintaining compliance and risk controls across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of banking OR High School Diploma and 5 years of banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities with clients and internal/external teams.
• Communicate goals and deadlines up front and escalate obstacles.
• Troubleshoot client issues during setup and warranty period.
