Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of commercial banking experience OR High School Diploma with 5 years of commercial banking experience.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, client-facing environment.
• Strong advisory skills to clients and internal partners based on product knowledge and processes.
• Knowledge of financial services, cash management products, and bank operations.
• Familiarity with global treasury cash management and online banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all implementation activities with clients, internal bank teams, and external partners to ensure timely implementations.
• Set clear goals and deadlines, monitor progress, and address obstacles promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues during setup and post-implementation warranty period.
• Provide product training to clients as needed.
