Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Transportation Logistics Manager in the United States to lead transportation planning, lane design, and carrier management across domestic and international supply chains. You will drive cost-effective delivery, freight spend control, and performance reporting to minimize disruption and maximize reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, analytics, and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) and TMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of transportation and logistics operations experience.
• Previous management experience leading transportation teams.
• Experience overseeing carriers, brokers, and freight providers.
• Knowledge of domestic and international transportation modes.
• Experience with lane management, rate negotiations, and budgeting.
• Proven KPI development and reporting experience.
• Familiarity with ERP and reporting systems including NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation planning and lane management to support reliable delivery.
• Oversee carrier management, spend, and performance optimization.
• Develop reporting and KPIs for transportation operations.
• Ensure compliance with import/export and trade requirements.
