Job summary

Molex is seeking a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst to drive data-driven decisions that support global financial health and compliance. You will monitor entity performance, develop reporting, and support forecasting and transfer pricing execution across the organization.

You will partners with Finance, Tax, Data, and Operations to deliver rigorous analysis, scalable processes, and automated solutions. Strong data skills, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Experience performing variance analysis and explaining drivers to stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with IT/data teams to deliver systematic changes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the TP Finance team to monitor margins and recommend actions.
• Prepare and enhance recurring reports and dashboards with variance/trend analysis.
• Support quarterly TP rate updates by gathering inputs and validating data.
• Improve intercompany service billings, allocation keys, and rate maintenance.
• Verify completeness and timeliness of TP postings and invoices; resolve exceptions.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation through requirements and testing.
• Provide audit and compliance support with clear data-backed narratives.
