Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, is seeking a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst to drive data-driven decisions, monitor global entity performance, and support transfer pricing execution. You will develop reporting, validate data, and partner with IT/data teams to automate processes, improving efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, process improvement, and the ability to translate complex results into clear recommendations for stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate results into actionable insights.
• Experience partnering with IT/data teams to deliver systematic changes (requirements, testing, controls)

Responsibilities

• Partner with the TP Finance team and TP Tax Manager to monitor global entity/segment margins and recommend actions.
• Prepare and enhance recurring reporting and dashboards (month-end/quarterly packs) with variance and trend analysis.
• Support quarterly TP rate updates by gathering inputs, validating data, and communicating impacts to stakeholders.
• Help improve intercompany service billings calculation, control, and invoicing globally, focusing on reducing post-close adjustments.
• Verify completeness and timeliness of TP postings and invoices, investigate exceptions, coordinate resolution with IT and finance teams.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives by documenting requirements, testing outputs, and creating sustainable controls.
• Provide audit and compliance support with organized files and data-backed narratives.
