Job summary

Molex is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Performance Analytics to improve key metrics across the quote-to-shipment cycle, partnering with Product Management, Supply Chain, and Plant Operations to turn data into actionable insights. This onsite role is based at Molex's global headquarters in Lisle, IL.

You will frame ambiguous problems, build KPI views, develop automation opportunities, and size benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, business, engineering, or related field.
Experience with ERP/CRM and supply chain planning tools.
5+ years in business analytics, consulting, or operations performance.
Strong Excel and dashboard-building skills (Power BI/Tableau).
Ability to present to cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build a clear view of operational performance across quote-to-shipment by combining data from multiple functions.
Develop and maintain KPI views (OTD, lead time, forecast accuracy, backlog aging, etc.).
Create insights with trend and root-cause analysis to guide action.
Identify bottlenecks and handoff issues to improve customer experience and efficiency.
Size opportunities, test hypotheses, and track benefits over time.
Prioritize automation opportunities to reduce cycle time and improve data quality.
Lead recurring performance reviews with clear visuals and action focus.
Handle ad hoc requests from leadership while managing multiple projects.
