Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Global Trade Analyst to own critical export controls and sanctions activities in a global operations environment. You will strengthen SAP Global Trade Services controls, implement new sanctions requirements, and lead process improvements.

This role requires strong knowledge of OFAC, BIS, EU licenses, and experience coordinating with Global Trade Legal & Compliance. The team emphasizes on-site collaboration, continuous improvement, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP GTS Export controls and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring sanctions and export controls activities and ensure coverage for service levels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define business requirements for controlled exports and automation.
• Interpret U.S., EU, and other sanctions and translate requirements into processes and system controls.
• Lead projects to implement SAP GTS/E4H controls and licensing processes.
