Job summary

The Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) seeks a Project Manager to support the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) with event management, logistics, outreach and related activities.

You will plan and execute partnership-building activities including reverse trade missions, conferences, forums, workshops, and trainings, coordinating with Government officials, foreign delegations, and USTDA staff. MSG delivers innovative solutions in program management and logistics to federal clients.

Qualifications

• At least ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in event planning and management.
• Experience coordinating with government officials, private sector, foreign delegations, speakers, venues, and vendors.
• Experience overseeing travel, logistics, program development, participant management, risk mitigation, and on-site execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; primary contact for USTDA.
• Ability to complete all Task Order requirements on schedule and within budget per USTDA standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement partnership-building activities for RTMs, conferences, forums, trainings, and other events.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, travel and on-site logistics.
• Develop agendas, itineraries, and event materials; arrange interpretation.
• Recruit participants, manage outreach, and handle registration.
• Monitor post-event evaluation, data analysis, reporting, and closeout.
• Support high-level foreign delegations and U.S. government participants.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for USTDA and ensure compliance with all requirements.
