Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals seeks a senior Compliance leader to oversee global policies, third-party due diligence, training, and monitoring across the organization. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and other functions, guiding policy governance and ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.

The role requires deep knowledge of U.S. compliance programs, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical compliance, legal, or audit.
• Experience developing and governing corporate compliance programs.
• Knowledge of OIG/PhRMA guidelines and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, Maintain and Update Global Compliance Policies and SOPs.
• Lead and manage the TPDD program in the U.S.
• Coordinate and socialize the annual monitoring plan for U.S. partners.
• Manage and coordinate the Compliance Monitoring Program and remediation plans.
• Develop and deliver Compliance training across formats and tracks.
• Maintain training records and collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other functions.
