Job summary

Artefact is expanding its US/Canada presence and seeks a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner who can lead full-cycle hiring across consulting and technical disciplines. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a superior candidate experience from intake to offer.

You will also drive campus recruiting, workforce planning, and continuous process improvements across the talent pipeline, leveraging AI-powered tools while upholding ethical recruiting

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong technical recruiting experience across AI, data engineering, analytics, data science, ML, and related roles.
• Proven ability to create Greenhouse workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
• Demonstrated success as a trusted talent advisor partnering with hiring managers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle across US, Canada, and Latin America for consulting and technical roles.
• Serve as primary Talent Acquisition partner, managing recruiting across multiple business lines and priorities.
• Define hiring strategies with hiring managers and chapter leads; map workforce needs and candidate profiles.
• Recruit across consulting and technical disciplines including AI, data science, analytics, data engineering, ML.
• Lead campus recruiting, build university partnerships, represent Artefact at career fairs and campus events.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, networking, market mapping, and AI tools.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding; ensure efficient process.
