Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of HR & VP of HR Business Partnering to design and implement global talent management initiatives
• Design and implement performance management frameworks to maintain a high-performance culture
• Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders on talent effectiveness strategies and initiatives
• Oversee engagement programs including surveys and employee recognition
• Enable talent health insights to inform workforce strategy and decisions
• Develop dashboards and metrics to track talent health such as demographics, engagement, retention, and performance
• Lead development and maintenance of tools and systems supporting performance, engagement, and talent health
• Champion automation and technology improvements for scalable, data-driven HR processes
