• Collaborate with global partners to confirm order requirements and timelines.
• Manage and communicate order status updates to relevant parties.
• Lead continuous improvement in service fixture processes.
• Coordinate with process tech/sustaining engineer for fixture verification.
• Package and ship global fixture orders with Import/Export teams.
• Remotely support global service centers through install and setup of fixtures.
• Coordinate global training with local teams for fixture delivery.
• Work with Advanced Service Engineers to create service launch kits and HTS code documents.
• Maintain and update fixture cost estimates and order forms.

Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite Schedule 1st Shift: Mon – Fri

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.

What you will do

• As the Global Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for prioritizing and fulfilling repair fixture orders received from our global service centers.
• You will act as the point of contact for fixture and tooling inquiries for Stryker Instruments' international service locations.
• This role is also responsible for:
• Organizing blueprints to provide outside vendor for Request For Quote
• Collaborating with global partners to confirm order requirements
• Managing and communicating order status updates to relevant parties
• Leading continuous improvement in service fixture process
• Coordinating with process tech/sustaining engineer for verification of fixtures
• Packaging and shipping global fixture orders, working with Stryker Import/Export team, and Shipping.
• Remotely supporting global service centers through install and setup of fixtures, downloading software from intranet locations.
• Coordinating global training with local training team to coincide with delivery of fixtures.
• Working with Advanced Service Engineers to create Service Launch Kits and HTS code documents for new products.
• Maintaining service launch kit order forms for existing products as fixtures are revised, or update fixture cost estimates periodically.
