Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Global Support Coordinator in Kalamazoo, MI to prioritize and fulfill repair fixture orders from global service centers. You will serve as the main contact for fixture inquiries across international locations and coordinate with vendors for RFQ processes.

The role involves updating order status, driving fixture process improvements, and supporting installation remotely. Requires 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and fulfill repair fixture orders from global service centers.
• Act as point of contact for fixture and tooling inquiries for international service locations.
• Organize blueprints for RFQ with outside vendors.
• Collaborate with global partners to confirm order requirements.
• Manage and communicate order status updates to relevant parties.
• Lead continuous improvement in service fixture processes.
• Coordinate with process tech/sustaining engineer for fixture verification.
• Package and ship global fixture orders with Import/Export team and Shipping.
• Provide remote support to global service centers for install and setup of fixtures.
• Coordinate global training with local training team for fixture delivery.
• Work with Advanced Service Engineers to create Service Launch Kits and HTS code documents.
• Maintain service launch kit order forms and update fixture cost estimates.

What you will do

As the Global Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for prioritizing and fulfilling repair fixture orders received from our global service centers. You will act as the point of contact for fixture and tooling inquiries for Stryker Instruments' international service locations.

This role is also responsible for:

• Organizing blueprints to provide outside vendor for Request For Quote
• Collaborating with global partners to confirm order requirements
• Managing and communicating order status updates to relevant parties
• Leading continuous improvement in service fixture process
• Coordinating with process tech/sustaining engineer for verification of fixtures
• Packaging and shipping global fixture orders, working with Stryker Import/Export team, and Shipping.
• Remotely supporting global service centers through install and setup of fixtures, downloading software from intranet locations.
• Coordinating global training with local training team to coincide with delivery of fixtures.
• Working with Advanced Service Engineers to create Service Launch Kits and HTS code documents for new products.
• Maintaining service launch kit order forms for existing products as fixtures are revised, or update fixture cost estimates periodically.
