Job summary

Teleflex Incorporated is seeking a Supply Chain Planning professional in Morrisville, NC to synthesize data and plans across supply chain functions and drive executable outcomes. The role requires deep knowledge of strategic and tactical planning and strong cross-functional collaboration.

This position supports IBP/S&OP processes, manages demand and supply, and coordinates with internal/external partners to optimize performance while aligning with financial targets and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related technical field; CSCP desirable.
• ERP / Planning Systems knowledge
• Deep expertise in supply chain planning, including Demand and / or Supply Planning
• Understanding of manufacturing end to end supply chain management including demand, supply and inventory.
• Attention to detail and accuracy – essential
• Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure
• Problem solving skills for developing creative solutions and meeting objectives
• Good analytical ability
• Good business acumen
• Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities
• Advanced communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership
• Experience with integrated business planning (IBP/S&OP/IPN) processes and planning systems
• Drive an inclusive approach to problem solving and engaging widely within the business

Responsibilities

• Manage Demand and Supply to minimize back orders
• Be part of the S&OP monthly process driving S&OP Demand Fulfilment reviews
• Work cross functionally with internal Supply Chain teams to manage exceptions, analyse material flow and maximize revenue
• Communicate with the SBU’s/Regions on specific fulfilment plans
• Communicate with site planning on supply priority, urgent requirement, demand surge, bank build and product return
• In the event of supply constraints, work with Demand Planning and Commercial stakeholders to shape supply and optimize business performance
• Master Data Management across Demand Fulfilment pillars. (SAP & APS o9)
• Lead specific meetings with site planning teams, Business Unit and Regional Marketing teams
• Cross Functional Data Integration & Analytics including:
• Consolidate, and interpret data across multiple supply chain functions, including operations, supply and manufacturing
• Develop integrated views and insights that enable leadership to make informed, timely decisions
• Ensure planning assumptions, inputs, and outputs are aligned across systems and teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, tools, and capabilities
• Analyse and investigate supply issue, o9 gap
• Develop processes to improve supply accuracy, increase collaboration with internal and external partners, and ensure that the translation of demand into the supply-planning process works seamlessly
• PIR and SL creation/ changes when new SKU launch
• Housekeep PO and update IPN when IPN transition in progress
• POM Block orders review, release and communication with customer service teams
• Manage last time build supply for discontinue items, communicate with demand planner, BU and customer service teams when stock fully consume
