Job summary

Teleflex Incorporated is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, to join the Global Functions team. This hands-on role drives budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, partnering with finance and operations across the organization.

You will support annual budgets, consolidate financials, and develop KPI metrics while collaborating with teams on capital investments and potential M&A opportunities. This position requires IFRS knowledge and multi-currency experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or as a business partner.
• BS in Finance/Accounting is required; CPA or MBA is a plus.
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with multi-currency and cross-currency impacts preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and IFRS knowledge.
• Proficient with planning and consolidation tools (PBCS, HFM, Smartview).
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with IFRS-adherent reporting.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and balance sheets.
• Explain variances and drivers to management.
• Support investment opportunities with financial analysis.
• Develop KPIs and scorecards for performance monitoring.
• Assist in acquisitions integration metrics and budgeting.
• Prepare key management presentations and ad hoc projects.
