Waters is seeking a Sr. Global Supply Planner to drive supply visibility, risk management, and governance across supply, commercial and manufacturing teams.

Based in San Diego, you will work with distribution centers to reserve inventory for key customers and provide data for KPI metrics. You will master scheduling, analyze data to improve the supply chain, create reports for process improvement, and lead projects as SME to reduce inventory and improve cash flow.

Competenze

• BS degree in Supply Chain, Math, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or operations planning.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver accurate results on time.
• Master Scheduling experience required; SAP and Power BI preferred.

Mansioni

• Work with distribution centers to order and reserve inventory for key customers.
• Provide data for KPI metrics and performance reporting.
• Maximize material use to minimize excess inventory and scrap.
• Create reports to support process improvement and performance tracking.
• Lead projects as SME and drive continuous improvements.
