Job summary

Waters is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Planner to ensure product availability across regions through deployment, replenishment, and inventory management. You will own KPIs like OTIF and backorders, develop dashboards using Power BI, and collaborate with Commercial, Order Management, Distribution Centers, and Manufacturing.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making in a regulated, high-volume testing environment, with a strong focus on automation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning or related roles.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory deployment and replenishment plans to ensure product availability and service level targets.
• Manage regional inventory levels, safety stock parameters, and replenishment strategies.
• Monitor OTIF, backorder, inventory, DIOH and E&O targets.
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize customer impact.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI, Excel, and SAP data.
• Partner with Commercial, Order Management, Distribution Centers, and Manufacturing Sites to resolve supply challenges.
• Provide planning support across multiple regions and drive process standardization.
