Job summary

You will partner with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality and Manufacturing to deliver world-class products on time and within cost targets. Responsibilities include building supplier relationships across stamping, extrusion, casting and related commodities; negotiating contracts; overseeing inventory and demand planning; assessing risks;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Business/Engineering required.
• Proven analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Independent worker with good stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word; SAP or equivalent ERP.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with stamping, extrusion, casting, thermal control, and adhesive suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance, communications, and improvements; establish KPIs.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts; monitor compliance and changes.
• Collaborate with Finance to monitor supplier solvency and cost projections.
• Oversee inventory and demand planning for cylinder Battery cell needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align commodity strategy across Engineering, PM, Quality, Planning, and Production.
• Travel 10–20% to visit suppliers and conduct reviews.
