Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Global Supply Manager for Electronics Components to own and optimize datasets like demand forecasts, supplier orders, pricing and trends. You will build tools and automations to improve EE component purchasing, reduce costs, and enhance supplier performance.

Required: 5+ years in data/science, purchasing, supply chain or engineering with strong Excel, SQL, and ERP experience. Onsite Newark, CA with one remote day per week; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum work experience in Data Science, Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Engineering.
• Prefer: PCBAs or electronics purchasing experience.
• Prefer: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, CS, Engineering, Business, Supply-Chain or Finance.
• Ability to adapt, improvise, and solve problems, and work independently on multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal skills with organizational and program management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and report-on core datasets: demand forecasts, supplier orders, pricing, indexes, trends.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes/automations to optimize EE components purchasing and reduce costs.
• Maintain progress trackers and documentation to share reports across the organization.
• Track internal and external cost impacts from suppliers and engineering change requests.
• Conduct market analyses to identify industry trends and support index-based price negotiations.
