Airbus is seeking a Supply Chain and Quality Manager to join our Procurement team in Newport Beach, CA, with relocation options. You will ensure on-time delivery and quality of standard parts from suppliers and sub-tiers, assess supplier readiness, and mitigate industrial risks across global supplier networks.

You will lead audits, monitor KPIs, drive improvements, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to protect Airbus operations. Travel to supplier sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or similar field.
• 8+ years in procurement operations and supply chain or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Quality Regulations, QMS, APQP, Lean Six Sigma desirable.
• Green Belt/Black Belt certification, CPIM certification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee supplier maturity and robustness of manufacturing and supply chain processes to avoid failures.
• Drive continuous improvement of supply chain performance for deliveries of supplied products.
• Monitor supplier capacity, capability and ramp-up for major planning changes.
• Lead supplier audits, assessments, recovery plans and risk management activities.
• Manage corrective actions and ensure supplier performance meets Airbus requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (MFT Leaders, Programs, FALs) to drive improvements.
