Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years' professional experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Program Management.
• Experience with quality management tools and techniques.
• Operations management and CPIM certification.
• Supplier recovery and crisis management.
• APQP and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Industrial capability and maturity assessments.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems and manage conflict.
• Supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Enhance supplier relationships by supporting improvement plans and roadmaps.
• Deliver robustness across Airbus supply chain including sub-tiers.
• Restore and secure supplier quality and on-time delivery.
• Improve supplier performance with advanced actions.
• Improve supply chain efficiency by eliminating waste.
• Anticipate recurring supplier quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• Report regularly and manage feedback to internal customers and stakeholders.
